How many items are in the gumballs?

Each Gumball Magic machine comes with 7 colorful gumballs. Each gumball has either a squishy Wishie or 3 stickers. Every gumball comes with a fortune-like affirmation.

What are the Wishies made of?

TPR, or Thermoplastic Rubber, a type material that combines the characteristics of both plastic and rubber.

I have a latex allergy, should I be worried about an allergic reaction?

All Wishies are latex free and pass all mandatory toy regulation standards. Recommended for ages 4 years and up.

How do I refill the gumball machine?

Remove the dome of the machine, insert the gumballs and replace the dome.

Can I use other items for refills?

Of course! As long as the halves of the gumball close together securely, they will still work in the machine.

Why are the music and lights not playing?

Check the power button on the bottom of the machine. Make sure it's in the 'On' position. If this does not work, replace the batteries, instructions are linked below.

Do I need to turn off the machine when not in use?

The Gumball Magic machine will go into sleep mode after 10 minutes of no activity. To reset, simply switch the machine to 'Off' and then back to 'On'

What do I do if a ball gets stuck in the machine?

Remove the dome, check that the gumball is snapped together properly, replace inside and replace the dome.
